What is the meaning of red wires?
I couldn't find anything about this in the documentation.
Is that a kind of alert?

The red wires were a graphical bug. That has been fixed in newer revisions.
The version of SigmaStudio you are using (3.1) is almost 3 years old. You can update to the latest version by downloading it from our website. Just follow the instructions here: https://ez.analog.com/docs/DOC-3470
