Hello Alber,

With a two layer board, the thermal resistance of the package changes, and the result is that the heat will not sufficiently dissipate from the package, potentially causing the device to overheat.

You must use at least 4 layers on your board with a solid ground plane on one layer, as recommended in the ADAU1452 datasheet.
