Hello everyone!
From the datasheet of USBi EVA board, I saw its schematic.

Can i build a USBi follow the schematic? Do i need to program a firmware or just make the board and it can connect to SigmaStudio automatically?

I'm afraid that you do need firmware to run the small Cypress microcontroller within the USBi, and AD does not make the firmware available. Please see these posts for more info:
