Help on "Max", "Max and Hold", "Max Abs" and "Max Abs and Hold"
Hello,
Can't find anything on these in help file. How they differ, how they work?
There are other algorithms also without help. Considering that Analog was able to put the whole platform and tools together, it shouldn't be much work to fix the help file.

As you have noticed, AD has allowed SigmaStudio's feature set to get ahead of the program's built-in help. The most up-to-date support is available online in the wiki:

Specifically, find help for the algorithms you're interested in under "Basic DSP":

Recently, AD has been concentrating on the wiki. They may phase out the compiled help file altogether to leave one source for help.
