SigmaDSP on Parallels

Has anyone gotten SigmaDSP to run on Parallels (OSX)?
I've tried versions 3.3 and 3.8, windows XP sp2 on parallels 7 and it installs OK but crashes when run. tips?
I was running mine on windows 7 through parallels 7 and it worked fine.... Haven't tried XP though!
At ADI we have also successfully ran SigmaStudio on MACs however up until this date, we haven't tried it using Windows 8.
