in the EVAL-ADAU1701MINIZ the signal present usb_clk on the connector J8 is used?
Looking it at scheme I don't find any reference.
Do I have to program the flash of my PCB on_board and through Sigma,
therefore is it enough that the scheme is equal to that of the eval?
or it is necessary to implement other.

I supposed it, however an answer from the experts is always important.
The USB_CLK pin functionality has not been implemented. So, you don't need to account for that pin when making your board.
