Error?
Well.. Probably I will be banned or kicked out soon. Either it is some mistake in SS beta version, or I did something wrong. If you could please help me. The idea is, again I made a very simple oscillator circuit, I set the overall project frequency to 192KHZ, and did believe, that on the output I had to get SF/2 khz, but instead no matter which overall SF I set, I always get maximum of about 24 KHZ. Why?
You already correctly set the sample rate to 192 KHz in the top window. In addition, you need to setup the chip's core register to handle that sample rate -- this trades away your instruction count (only 256 instructions instead of 1024) so the chip can cycle through them faster, allowing for the 192KHz rate. To do this, see:

To get to the register settings, pick the Hardware Configuration tab to the left of your Schematic tab, then choose the Register Control tab at the bottom of the window. This brings up a view full of register settings you can change. The Instruction Length setting is near the middle of the window, in the DSP Core. In this view you can also pick which GPIO pins are inputs or outputs, etc.
Since the eval board is really made for audio operation, its on-board DAC output filters start to attenuate at about 50 KHz, and there may be other hardware concerns.
Thank you a lot Bob.
