Hi,

Sorry for the delay in responding but the office here has been shut for two weeks over the holidays. The ADAU1702 supports I2S input/output. It looks like your AUX input is an I2S input?? If this is the case then you can use the I2S port on the 1702 for I2S in/out. See figure 2 and figure 5 of the datasheet for Serial port pins and timing. You will need to figure out if the ADAU1702 will be BCLK/LRCLK slave or master, this will probably be decided by the device you are interfacing with. If the ADAU1702 is to be BCLK/LRCLK slave then the MCLK supplied to the ADAU1702 must be synchronous with BCLK/LRCLK source (hopefully the MCLK of the other device is suitable for this).

Best Rgds,

Alan
