Decay rate of dynamic processors

Hello everybody,
Is there a way to set the parameters of the dynamic processors so that their decay rate is actually constant in dB/sec ?
When I send a pulse to the Signal Envelope bloc (MSenv) with a decay rate of say 10dB/sec, and look at the output, it decays very slowly at first, and then more and more rapidly.
