Control blocks and addressing
Is it possible to manipulate the addressing of certain blocks to make them addressed adjacently to others in Sigmastudio? If I grow a block are the additional parts guaranteed to be adjacently addressed? I am trying to make large block of volume controls to a single output and would like to make them addressed concurrently so I can perform continous writes to all volumes in a single data transaction.
It is impossible to guarantee a certain ordering in parameter RAM because the linker relies on a number of factors in deciding the order of each block in RAM. "Grown" blocks should have their parameters in contiguous blocks.
