Hi,

I have the EVAL-ADAU1701MINIZ . In the examples the potentiometer is connected to a Single Slew External Volume, to control the volume.

I would like to connect this potentiometer to a table, to control the "volume slope". How is this done?

I created a new threadfor this post since it's a new topic compared to what was in the original thread.

Can you please define "Volume Slope"?

Hi!

Well, by Volume Slope I meant how I want the volume to change depending on how the potentiometer is turned. But nevermind, I have a table for this with 100 indexes. This I have already defined.

My problem is how to convert values from the ADC In component (which is connected to AUX_ADC_3 ) into indexes of my table.

I have looked at the "Rotary volume" component, but it has two inputs from GPIO inputs, and I can't figure out how to connect this to an ADC input connection. Perhaps this is the wrong way to go?

So the real question:

How do I convert values from ADC in component to index of a table?

Please read AN-951 for a good overview of how to use GPIO in various ways.

The section called AUXILIARY ADC SLEW MULTIPLEXER shows how to take the ADC input and convert it to an index.
