Cross Mixer Bug
I'm using a 8 channel cross mixer, with "grow algorithm" extended to 8 outputs. It seems that to output 2 is added signal of output 1, to out 3 is added out 2 (and out 1), to out 4 all previous outs and so on.
Using today downloaded version of Sigma Studio. About dialog show: Version 3.2 Build 0, Rev. 575 11/2/2010.
x86 version.
Thank you for reporting this issue. At least one other customer has seen this problem as well. I will confirm and then report to the software team's issue tracker.
Hi. This bug was fixed?
Thank you.
Hi,
This bug appears to be fixed. I tested it here:
Each column outputs a separate mix, as seen in the results:
Hi ,
The mixer 3 is not bug,
and the mixer 8 is a bug
ADAU 1701 , SigmaStudio 3.5 bild 3
Thanks, we just verified that. We'll work on correcting it.
The bug is now fixed. The updated cell will be available in the next SigmaStudio build. The root cause was that an accumulator was not being cleared between calculations for each output, so the signal was being added to the next output.
What is your application? Do you have a need for a cross mixer with a different channel count? Currently we have 2, 3, and 8 channel versions.
