So the Mips and Inst show 66%, but the status bar shows 123%. Why? Is there a doubling of sample rate somewhere that I don't know about?

Also, and possibly this is related, I can't move the sliders on anything e.g. single volume control. Nothing is locked, but left click on the slider and move the slider moves the whole block, and right click on the control opens up the Cell Settings, Grow Algorithm, etc. window. This used to work at one time, now it never works. Any ideas?

These two things you've noted are both related. The percentage in the status bar at the bottom of SigmaStudio is showing the zoom level at which your project is displayed. This is not related to the resources used in the SigmaDSP core.

When are at a zoom level of anything other than normal (100%), the graphical controls are disabled. Zooming should just be used for viewing larger or smaller parts of your project, not during design and tuning. You can always get back to the normal zoom level with View/ZoomToNormal in the toolbar, or by clicking Ctrl+Shift+F6.

For future reference, I have created an FAQ entry on this topic: https://ez.analog.com/docs/DOC-1649

The Link/Compile/Download documentation implies that it is:

If compilation is successful, the schematic status bar turns green and "100% Ready: Compiled" is displayed in the application status bar.

...

If download is successful, the schematic status bar below the workspace will turn green and "100% Active: Downloaded" is displayed in the application status bar.
