I am using an ADAU1701 and would like to mute the audio signal within Sigma Studio at the output depending on the status of logic and a few GPIOs. I am not sure what block to use that could be controlled by the output of a logic block or a GPIO input. Can someone help?

Thanks,

Bruce

You can use one of the volume controls with an external control (in library folder Volume Controls\Adjustable Gain\Ext Control). This block has an input pin for a volume level. If your logic input switches between 0 and 1 in 5.23 format, then the volume level will smoothly ramp between full-scale and muted.

If you don't need the slew ramp, you can just use a multiply block. 0 is mute, 1.0 in 5.23 is unmute.
