How is the app note describing detailed system initialization and basic microcontroller implementation going?

From a post last October...

There are plans in place for an applications note describing a detailed system initialization and basic microncontroller implementation using these include files, but it is not yet complete. Hopefully this document will be completed and uploaded to the Analog Devices website within a few months.

Any idea what is the lastest ETA is for this app note?

Any further news on when this application note will be available? There's a lot of people who've been waiting quite a while for something like this.
