ADAU1962A Pop-up noise after Power-ON

I will assume you are waiting for the power supplies to all come up and be stable before turning on the master power up?

The cause of this is most likely the hardware design. Can you put up the schematic of the DAC output circuits?

Yes. ADAU1962a DAC is enabled after power supplies stable only. Please find the attachment for DAC output circuits.
