How to fix self-boot problem in ADAU1452?

Do you have the Selfboot pin set high? (in selfboot mode) when you are doing this?

I suggest you set it low when writing the program to the EEPROM. Then verify it and then set the selfboot pin high and reset the part to test that it actually boots.
