how to design my own  PC software like sigma stdio use on ADSP21489?

I want to design my own PC software like sigmaStdio Used On ADSP21489 or other sharc processor,I have comprare with Biamp device,but we donot konw how to design?can we design pc software on sigma stdio or use same dll,lib libraray for second design???

The design of an open software architecture like audio processor BIAMP? For or use sigma SHARC tools to design a set of drag and drop the software architecture? SigmaStudio 3.9 DLL in the software compiled library can provide interface for our use?

Can you give me some addvice ?
