High Speed Camera Capture problem

Hello everyone

I met a problem with camera capture. While I was using ov9650 camera to record a video and capture a frame in QVGA mode with 60 fps, the result picture is in the attach. To capture static photo, the result is not bad, but when I was trying to capture dynamic object, the result is like green area in IMG_3180.jpg that could not produce original object. I am using DMA and EPPI in this project. Could someone tell me why does this happen ?
