SigmaStudio 4.1 crashes on startup in Windows 10, but runs in Safe Mode

Hello,

I have just installed SigmaStudio 4.1 64bits in my windows 10 machine, but when trying t start the program it crashes

I tried running it in compatibility mode on windows xp, 7 and 8, without success.

I tried running it on Safe Mode and the program did start correctly, how can I solve this?

Hello,

Sorry for your problems. I have not seen this exact issue. I suspect that some of the required elements are missing. Try to uninstall and then reinstall it. Often it requires that .NET be installed and it should do so for you automatically. Say "OK" to anything it is trying to install.

Hello Dvave,

I have already reinstalled sigmastudio 4.1 and with restarts in between, also I have tried to install version 4.0 without success, I have looked online for requirements and it says that it requires NET framework 4.7 and later, I Tried installing NET framework 4.7 and the installer said that the version was already installed

What else can I do to troubleshoot this?
