Hey! How to configure the I2C master output in SigmaStudio?

I do not understand your question? You just don't send logic signals out of an I2C bus, you send data and addresses of devices and commands etc. What are you trying to do?

If you simply need to send a logic 1 or a 0. How about using the built in GPIO? The ADAU145x family has available GPIO for toggling logic state or raising flags to a uC.
