convert dB to signal

I need help with Sigmastudo - ADA1466. I communicate with DSP with SPI. For setting one value I need use DC input - but value will be set in dB. How can I transfer this dB set values to signal ? I need compare two signals, but one of signal will be set with user in dB. 0 dB = 1 V .

I am afraid we need a lot more info. Can you attach your project so we can see how you are setting gains and how you are measuring levels?
