I try to use higher external SPI delay in ADAU1466.

When I use memory 23LC1024, it works well, delay is about 800ms in given channel for 96kHz.

But I need more delay, that I try to use 4Mbit SRAM - IS62WVS5128GBLL. It's pin compatible, when I look to datasheet, it looks the same operation as 23LC1024.

After connecting to SPI to ADAU1466 - delay works! - but with very high noise and with high gain. Delay is about 3200ms !. But it is not usable.

I then create testing communication between Arduino (ESP32) and memory - 32LC1024. And then test IS62WVS5128GBLL.

It looks that different is in READ operation - in included one DUMMY byte (8 clock cycles).

READ communication in sequence for 23LC1024 is:

1 Byte command (read), 3 bytes address, 1 ... N bytes of data

READ communication in sequence for IS62WVS5128GBLL is:

1 Byte command (read), 3 bytes address, 1 DUMMY byte (8 CLK cycles), 1 ... N bytes of data

Is there any solution how to define this in ADAU1466 external SPI Delay settings?

NO Answer? Nobody test it yet?

I am also curious if anyone else has tried this and able to get 4Mb RAM to work
