ADAU1451 uses ADC to regulate EQ

Hello there,
I am currently working on a 1451 solution that requires a potentiometer to adjust the EQ, input from the ADC port, treble and bass. I don't know which module to choose, Can you give me a reference?.
In addition, I want to use two IO ports to make a signal light and a peak light. Two-color LED. When there is a signal, the output of one IO port is high. When the signal reaches the maximum, the output of the IO port with only the peak value is high. How to do it?
