Hello. Is it possible 1761 to measure the phase difference between the received sinusoidal signal and the reference? And if you can then how much exactly is it possible? The reference signal is generated through the Shine Tone unit. Thanks

You need a phase detector. This is ordinary multiplier. Connect input signal to one input and reference to second input. Then apply LPF on the output. DC component will be proportional to signals phase difference.
