Hello,

i am designing a multi-source of audio speaker , it has 4 audio sources , AUX/USB/SPDIF/WIFI. now each source works . at the source change moment, i like it has a prompt voice, like " USB MODE". then we can know which mode to be at. this short voice can be form any mp3/wav/...file . then import to DSP core / ram, then when use it will load to output to I2S line.

that's possible ?

Thanks!

Meican.

Hello Meican,

Yes, it can play short WAV files that are loaded in when the DSP is programmed. It is a little tricky to setup but it can do it. The 1451 does not have a lot of memory so you might have to step up to a part with more memory. It will depend on your application program usage. The good news is that it is easy to step up without changing any hardware or software.
