The filter example of the board package and it works fine; when I push the button the filters are applied sequentially.

Now I added a tone generator and would like to enable or disable it programmatically. Sigma Studio says at address 17 I should either input [0x00 0x80 0x00 0x00] or [0x00 0x00 0x00 0x00] to switch it on and off. I didn't see any of the four examples directly modifying DSP parameters. Should I use the adi_adau1761_SetRegisterBlock or SIGMA_WRITE_REGISTER_BLOCK in order to send 4 times uint_8t? Right now, none of these are working. I'd love to see an example of it.

Meanwhile I was able to find out myself.

IGMA_WRITE_REGISTER_BLOCK doesn't work directly, as a the device variable is set to null by the library after loading the DSP file into the chip. Probably it isn't meant to be used directly. Then I tried to run it from a trigger but get an error in the TWI library: ADI_TWI_DEVICE_IN_USE.

adi_twi_v1.c, line 1221.

From the main thread tough, this works like a charm:

ADI_REG_TYPE SET_DISABLE[4] = {
0x00, 0x00, 0x00, 0x00
};

ADI_REG_TYPE SET_ENABLE[4] = {
0x00, 0x80, 0x00, 0x00
};

adi_adau1761_SetRegisterBlock(hADAU1761, MOD_TONE1_ALG0_ON_ADDR, 4, SET_DISABLE);

Assumed the export_IC_1_PARAM.h file has been referenced.
