Interface R/W for DAC setup
I am thinking about a small project with the ADAU-1452 and Infineon MA12070P I2S class-D chip. The setup of the amplifier chip is done with I2C, but will it be possible to do these setup changes from the ADAU-1452 via interface R/W commands? And how would this work with the EEPROM which is usually used with SPI for Selfboot?

Hello,
The Master Control Port Startup Boot cell should be able to configure your Class D chip.
The DSP can boot up from SPI, and then toggle the master port to I2C to set up the Class D.
Note that on ADAU1452, some of the SPI pins are shared with I2C. To avoid contention, you should use a bidirectional multiplexer to toggle the shared pins between the EEPROM and Class D.
