ADAU1467Z Rev B Mount Hole Dimensions

I'm hoping to make a mounting plate for this processor, but I'm struggling to find a dimensioned drawing of the board anywhere in the data sheet (specifically for the mounting holes). I was wondering if there are official dimensions anywhere that I missed or if anyone happens to know these values already.

These dimensions are in inches. ( millls) so 5300mills = 5.3in
