Hey guys!

I'm develloping a custom plate amplifier using the Dayton Audio KABD-250 and 430 and I'd like to use a switch on potentiometer/GPIO Headers on the board to use as a stereo/mono selector.

However I'm not sure if that can be done and if it can I don't know how. I'm new to SigmaStudio and I'm trying to learn as much as possible.

If anyone can help me on this it would be very much appreciated. Also it's my first post here so if I'm doing something wrong please let me know.

Thanks

Hello LaurentT23,

Welcome to the world of SigmaDSP. There is a lot you can do with these and it is reasonably simple but you do need to learn a few things and do some reading.

The user guide for the KABD-250 has some of the info you need.

You need to read the datasheet for the ADAU1701 with attention to the Multi-Purpose pins (MP pins) section.

Then this forum is a huge source of information on the 1701. I did do a quick search but it is easier for me to drop in this project that I had done showing how to control a MUX using a GPIO input. The MUX in your case would choose between a stereo signal and a mono signal.

Put some time in to learn more about the DSP and SigmaStudio and it will open up a new world for you.
