You probably have the sampling rate set incorrectly that does not agree with the clocks that are being fed to the DSP on the actual board.

The sampling rate in SigmaStudio up in the top of the page must be set correctly. Then the registers for the PLL and system clock and the start pulse must be set correctly. Then finally the actual clocks being fed to the part must agree with the settings used. There are three sets of details to check.
