Unable to receive continous frames both main image and overlay image to post on PIXC to get a video output ADSPBF609
i am using ADSPBF609.
I am recieving frame by frame by frame from EEPI0 througe DMA29, and providing it to DMA 35 which is PIXC dma channel as a Main image. another image I am givving to DMA36 for overlay , But i am not getting output for every frame through DMA37. Only for first frame i got but , I want overlay output for continuous frames. I used a sample code which you provide before in Engineerzone for Image overlay and Color Space Conversion, and I just added few like below
ADV7181C------->EPPI0------->main_Image-------->PIXC_DMA35------->added overlay image to PIXC_DMA36------>Took output from PIXC_DMA37------>output_image------>ADV7393.
without PIXC i am able get continuos frames from decoder and posting them successfully on encoder , but after adding PIXC code its Executin one time and going to some innerrupt block and suspended threre for untill i poweroff.
Can you please provide me answere for, can i ovaerlay images continously on continuous frames, then tell me modification which i need to take in the code.
Thanks and regards
Santhosh

>> Are you referring to the example provided in the link below? If so, in that example, the DMA is configured in STOP mode. Could you please modify DMA_36 to use a single DMA descriptor for the overlay transfer.

We assume that you have already configured DMA35 and DMA37 in descriptor mode.

Thank you Nandini. It's working
Thank you Nandini. It's working
It's working well but if I did fast hand shake infront of camera, then screen splitting occuring in output image. Can you please confirm that it's the nature of PIXC or is there any mistake from our side in register configuration? And sometimes it had suspended in "adi_osal_pend.c"&adi_osal_....some interrupt releted files for some time why?
