Hi everyone,
As you probably know, we are using an ADAU1452 devkit which connects to a CS42448 codec, sourced from Aliexpress.
As we may need to integrate the devkit into a more complex system, we would like to get it from reliable sources which offer better documentation.
That's why I would like to ask if there is any other devkit from AD which could provide:
- 6 inputs
- 4 outputs
- ADAU1452 as DSP or similar
- compatible with SigmaStudio.

Hello raulsphaira,
Yes, there is but not with the ADAU1452. You see we use the AD1938 codecs mostly for these eval boards and they only have four ADCs. So if the six inputs are all analog then you need two codecs and we keep the size and cost down of these eval boards.
The only exception is an older eval board the EVAL-ADAU1442. That DSP had a lot more serial input ports so the designer used two of the AD1938 codecs so therefore it has eight analog inputs and 16 analog outputs!! All using 1/8" (3.5mm) jacks configured as stereo.
