Hi, I am looking for Audio Codec solution with ADAU1761, with different mic sources and speaker outputs. we have different sets of Mics and Speakers, with various impedance and voltage swings. I am looking for adaptive solutions where I should be able to connect any mic and source and the pre-amplifier and anti aliasing filter section should detect the voltage swing and impedance then feed proper voltage range to ADAU1761. Similarly Audio out from ADAU1761 can go to any of the speaker, there should also voltage/impedance sensing and filtering required. Can you help me make a scheme for this.

Hi

The DSP can not meassure the impedence. (Input or output)

Instead, I would simplify the design.

One input for dynamic microphones.

One input for electret/condenser microphones.

Maybe one more…

Then add two gain controls, one for each input.

The speakers impedance can not go below what the amp can handle.

one 8ohm on each channel is normaly no problem, but you Connect 2x8ohm = 4ohm, or a single 4ohm speaker you need to ensure that the amp can handle 4ohm (normally ok)

But if you go below, or run the amp in bridgemode, ensure the amp can handle the load.
