SigmaStudio CCES not a valid tool-chain on Win 10

When I open a project in SigmaStudio, I get the following message:

CCES does not appear in settings where I have seen is on other machines.

I am using windows 10.

Is there a solution to this?

I cannot compile nor run. Here is the error.

Additionally, if I try to create an algorithm with Algorithm Designer from SigmaStudio for Sharc, this is what I get when I try compiling the algorithm. I assume the root cause is the same of the problem above.

Has anyone else have seen this error? Is there a workaround?

I am about to downgrade the OS to Win 7.
