adau1761 use adaptive filter
I want to use for echo cancelation adaptive filter. I suppose, a block advanced mixer form advanced DSP section it is something that is necessary. Correct? But I can't undarstand from discription how to use it correct? There are two signals. Direct signal to a speacker and signal from mic (echo + real voice). In wich pins of the advanced mixer I should connect each of them signals? Wich remote block should I connect to orange pin? Or should use another blocks for echo cancalation?
Thanks.

Hello Mikhail,
Have a look at this post, it should answer your questions.

Thanks,

Do You mean that for for echo cancelation should use NLMS block instead of advanced mixer form advanced DSP section? And for this case should use scheme like this?
ez.analog.com/.../Sample Echo Cancellation project.JPG
And for wich cases should I use advanced mixer?
And I can't find in my SigmaStudio for adau1761 NLMS block.
It Is there?
Hello,
It's here:
If not as shown, download a later version of SigmaStudio.

Hello Mikhail,
Thanks for marking my answer "correct", however that honor belongs to Dave T. who described how to use the NLMS filter. All I did was show you where to find it.
Best regards,
Bob
Hello again!
I want to say that documentation for this SigmaStudio wrote very bad!
I can't find this NLMS in a help included in the SigmaStudio. Also in a manual for SigmaStudio there is no any NLMS filters. There is only one adaptive algoritm in the documentation- advanced mixer, like in 1-st post. I should like to find this NLMS block?
Also I want to say thanks to Dave T for good link.
Hello Mikhail,
As they come to my attention I am slowly identifying what Wiki help files need to be updated and which ones just simply need to be there! This is one of them. I am in the process of verifying the functionality of this block and then write up something on the Wiki page.
So thanks for your post. Let us know if we can be of help with other aspects of your project as well.

Hello Dave!
Thanks for your help. In a first approximation, this NLMS block work correct, like I need. I used scheme of your link.
Hi Dave,
Maybe we should start a discussion thread on improving the documentation; this should be pinned so it stays at the top of the forum list.
Absolutely! Although the documentation has been improving, it lags behind advances in Sigmastudio itself. In particular, I would like to see plug and play sample projects featuring the NLMS filter for the 1761 and/or 1452 boards. I have attempted to build such projects to post here, but could never get them to do anything besides screech horribly.
Best regards,
Bob
