Hi,

Is there a way to power down the DAC in ADAU1701 without having to control it with a host microcontroller. In my application I'm using the ADAU1701 in stand-alone selfboot mode with no host microcontroller. I don't see how you can do this with schematic blocks during run-time. If anyone know if its possible. Can you please let me know.

Thanks,

Alex

Hello Alex,

No, Only our latest generation of SigmaDSP processors are able to write to their own configuration registers. That would be the ADAU1450/1/2

Thanks Dave, that's what I figured.
