Dear Experts.

Our customer is choosing ADAU1451 in the new design, and they met two issue in ADAU1451 application, would you please help to check and give some advice how to fix the issue?

1, There are four sets of Input Serial Port in 145x. In the customer’s application, they would use at least 2 sets Input Serial Port in ADAU1451: One I2S audio signal is from the front Audio ADC PCM4202 (PCM4202 Master/Slave configurations available), another I2S audio signal is from USB (could only be a Master).

But there is only the 1st set of I2S of ADAU1451 can work in slave mode, other three can only work in master mode.

2, The SPDIF Tx can’t output 96KHz sample rate audio stream, even just pass through 96KHz audio stream into 1451 from SPDIF Rx.

Many thanks in advance.

Jane

Add some comment for I2S Slave Mode config and question

a. 1451 provide the Master Colock 24.576MHz for All Section

b. ADC working for Master mode , and provide SD/LRCK/BCK to 1451 I2S0 Input Port , 1451 work for Slave Mode

c.USB Working for Master mode , and provide SD/LRCK/BCK to 1451 I2S1 Input Port , 1451 work for Slave mode

d.Wifi Working for the Master mode ,and provide SD/LRCK/BCK to 1451 I2S2 input Port , 1451 work for Slave mode

question: all the I2S0~2 Port only I2S0 can working normal , I2S1~2 1451 can't detect the signal.

ADC use I2S0 , USB use I2S1 , I2S0 working normal , I2S1 haven't any signal

Exchange ADC/USB I2S Port , USB use I2S0 , ADC Use I2S1, I2S0 working normal , I2S1 haven't any signal

Add some comment for S/PDIF Mode config and question

we have 2 model , one model DSP working for 96KHz / One Model working for 192KHz

a.96KHz DSP , we want S/PDIF Output can setting to fix to 96KHz

b.192KHz DSP , we want S/PDIF Output can setting to fix to 192KHz

Now we only to test 96KHz DSP , but S/PDIF output it is fix to 48KHz and can't change.
