Do You have any equations, algorithms or library for stimuli-probe implementation in end user software?

My project is dedicated for people with hearing dysfunction. The audiologist should have possibility to mold filter frequency response of the filter for each patient individually. My filter is made using 11-band Equalizer.

Hi:

Real Time Fast transfer function calculation is something difficult to implement and probably something that ADI would not publish. Feel free to contact us if you need an application that would help your customers.

Hi,

There are some equations of several filters, used in Sigma DSP library, in Sigma Studio help document. It locates in SigmaStudio Help->Contents->Algorithm Information folder. Maybe it helpful for your application.

I am doing some applications for music playback. But I have some questions on EQ curve tuning. Can I ask you some questions about EQ tuning? Your EQ curve looks much smoother than mine. I think you tuned the Q factor to make it smoother. What the Q factor did you use here? What should be careful on when EQ curve tuning? Any suggestion is welcome. Many thanks in advance.

Best Regards,

Jun

Hi Jun,

The filter equations are also available on the Wiki here: https://wiki.analog.com/resources/tools-software/sigmastudio/toolbox/filters/general2ndorder
