SigmaStudio Error

Hi,

there is an error about the SigmaStudio in Schematic signal flow drawing.

once using the key: Shift or Ctrl + mouse wheel, then it can zoom by the wheel, after that all the components will be locked, can't adjust anymore. i try close the SigmaStudio, and then open again, load the project / or double click the project icon, when open , it still can't adjust.

maybe restart the computer, will fix this. any ideas ?

version is :

the version 3.9. Build 2. Rev 1246

also the old version have this error. but the old version , when i close the SigmaStudio, and then open again, it can adjust.

i saw this before, but i can't remember the version.
