Bug in V 3.9
Here's a project which has a fault in V 3.9 but it works in V 3.8 .
Please use different signals at input 1 and 2.
Output on one channel is off but it shouldnt.
When you delete alias 1 and put new alias back in it works also in V 3.9.

I noticed similar problems with aliases in v3.9. Sometimes they wouldn't "conduct". Replacing the suspect alias with a wired T connection restored operation. I couldn't reproduce the problem consistently in order to report it. I'm happy you were able to do so, thus attach a known problem flow that ADI's programmer team can investigate. Good work!

The alias issue you reported is also present in SigmaStudio version 3.91, but appears to be fixed in version 3.92 -- please try your example project with the latest beta and see if both channels work now.
