ADAU1761 codec inputs swapping

For my new design I am using ADAU1761 codec with external control via ADUSB2Z adapter.

I have 2 PDM microphones connected to DSP inputs 0 and 1. (See picture).

Everything works just fine, but sometimes after startup I can see that inputs are flipped, not on the Sigma tool but actual signal coming instead of input 0 to input 1. After restarting ADUSB2Z adapter and SIGMA Studio everything connected correctly.

Any ideas? (Microphones select pins are hardwired to the GND and VCC)
