ADAU1372 unused analogue pins
Page 28 of the ADAU1372 data sheet under the heading Analog Inputs states "Connect unused input pins to the
CM pin or ac-couple them to ground."
Under the heading Analog Line Inputs its states when single ended "Tie the AINxREF pins to the CM pin."
The data sheet for the EVALADAU1372 page 14 shows unused AIN2REF and AIN3REF pins AC coupled to ground.
Which is the correct connection for unused AINxREF pins?

Hello,
The best way is to AC couple them to ground especially when using them with a single ended signal source. This is what we do on the evaluation board. This prevents interaction with the CM voltage so if you are using the analog inputs and just not the Ref pins, then AC couple them to ground is the best solution in my experience.
If you are not using the analog input at all for anything, then you can tie them to the CM for a low cost solution.
