Hello,

I am evaluating ADAU1761 SigmaDSP Processor using SigmaStudio 3.4. I am unable to find documentation on Automatic Volume Control Algorithm within SigmaStudio software. Is this algorithm fully developed and tested? Where can I find an example DSP Project that showcases use of various parameters in Automatic Volume Control Algorithm?

By the way, I know you're considering either the ADAU1701 or the ADAU1761. Well, the ADAU1761 not only has the differential I/O you need, but also a hardware ALC built into the recording signal path. You can get more information on that in the datasheet.

We have a basic microcontroller integration tutorial that use the ADAU1761.
