Should I use same voltage for AVDD and IOVDD?

[ex) AVDD = IOVDD = 1.8 or 3.3V]

If power supply settings are AVDD = 3.3V and IOVDD =1.8V,

is it OK?

And in this case,is the supply current increase?

My customer's custom board setting are AVDD=3.0V, IOVDD=2.85V.

Is it appropriate?

Best regards,

Takepiro

The ADAU1761's IOVDD and AVDD can each be set anywhere between 1.8 and 3.3 V and either one can be at a higher voltage than the other. For example, IOVDD = 3.3 V and AVDD = 1.8 V is a valid setting, as is IOVDD = 1.8 V and AVDD = 3.3 V. The power-up and power-down sequences of these two supplies do not matter; either one of them can be brought up before the other. The only restriction is that signals should not be sent to the ADAU1761 before IOVDD has been set up.

So, the settings you show below, AVDD = 3.0 V and IOVDD = 2.85 V are valid. However, these are odd voltage settings. Do you know why they are not using more standard voltages?

Dear support team,

Thank you for your supports.

I understood it.

I check why they use the voltage(IOVDD = 2.85V).

They said that the processor which is used by this system needs to use

2.85V for IO voltage.

And ,AVDD uses 3.3V(or 3.0V) to bring out the performance to its maximum.

Thank you and best regards,
