I am wanting to do a 'high' frequency Low Pass filtering while in 192 kHz sample rate mode but the filters limit me to 22kHz. Is there a way to do a low pass with cut-off values such as 30 or 40 kHz? I know that's not audible but my audio flow algorithm is causing some (expected) harmonics which are killing my THD.

You can use the filter table generator under SigmaStudio's tools menu to generate coefficients for filters at any sampling rate. This tool will generate a table of coefficients for all of the different filter types available in SigmaStudio. You can enter these coefficient values directly in an IIR coefficient filter block in your project.
