GTG737 Question

Hi,

Another problem we (my Senior Design group) have been having (see the Adaptive Mixer discussion for the first problem) with the ADAU1761 EVAL board is the wind removal filter block. Either with or without our digital mic inputs, or with or without any other things in the circuit the wind noise block producers horrible clicking. Our efforts to remove this clicking (by adjusting any and all values on the block) have not been successful. Can someone tell me why?

Load up the attached file onto your own ADAU1761 board and let us know what you hear.

Thanks,

Mark

Mark,

I believe that this clicking is more likely caused by the system/clocking setup, and not the algorithm itself. Can you tell me what clocks you have connected to the ADAU1761, and their frequencies? What's the freq of the clock sent to the MCLK pin? What clock are you seeing as the output from BCLK when you are using the digital microphones?
